With more than a 110 years of experience, the Massachusetts Association for the Blind and Visually Impaired is a leader in the field of vision rehabilitation. Our partner optometrists, occupational therapists, peer support group leaders and 1:1 community volunteers helped more than 1,100 Massachusetts residents live with dignity and independence this year.

Chinese Bible Church of Greater Lowell
Chinese Bible Church of Lowell (CBCGL) was established in 1989. CBCGL has three congregations that speak English, Mandarin and Cantonese. We have English and Chinese Worship on Sundays and fellowship and AWANA on Fridays.

Chelmsford Senior Center / Council on Aging
We identify and promote programs which are designed to meet the physical, emotional, and social needs of residents who are 60 years of age and older. Special Services include transportation, nutrition, health, outreach, respite care, home care, fuel assistance, Adult Supportive Day Program, Meals on Wheels, support groups, recreational & social activities, the “Senior Citizen Messenger” monthly newsletter, and information & referral.

Challenge Unlimited at Ironstone Farm
Challenge Unlimited at Ironstone Farm offers a variety of therapeutic riding programs for people of all ages. Volunteers assist lessons by leading horses and side-walking next to clients to provide encouragement and stability.

Massachusetts Special Educational Surrogate Parent Program
Recruits and trains volunteers to act as decision-makers in special education matters for children who are in the custody of a state agency, whose parent or guardian are unknown/unavailable. The Educational Surrogate Parent (ESP) acts on behalf of the child by having all the rights and authority of a parent in matters of special education without the financial responsibility.
