The Center for Hope and Healing
We offer free and confidential support to survivors of sexual violence and their loved ones, including individual counseling, medical and legal advocacy, healing circles, and more. All our services are free and confidential, regardless of insurance, income, citizenship, or any other barriers. We are committed to serving survivors of all identities, expressions, and life experiences.
Strongwater Farm Therapeutic Equestrian Center
Strongwater Farm strives to enrich lives through the healing power of horses. The mission is to enhance and enrich lives by providing education, social opportunities and emotional support for its communities through equine assisted activities and therapies.
Chelmsford Senior Center / Council on Aging
We identify and promote programs which are designed to meet the physical, emotional, and social needs of residents who are 60 years of age and older. Special Services include transportation, nutrition, health, outreach, respite care, home care, fuel assistance, Adult Supportive Day Program, Meals on Wheels, support groups, recreational & social activities, the “Senior Citizen Messenger” monthly newsletter, and information & referral.

Nashoba Valley Mothers of Multiples
To benefit its members by exchanging information and ideas and to provide its membership with educational, supportive, and social activities. We also seek to benefit others in need of information on multiple gestation pregnancy, childcare, child rearing, friendship and support.

Circle Home: Home Health & Hospice Care
We are a private, non-profit, community-based home health care agency. Services: skilled nursing; physical, occupational, and speech therapy; medical social services; home health aides and homemakers; hospice program; health and wellness programs. Established in 1909, we are licensed in MA and NH, and accredited by the JCAHO. Affiliated with Lowell General Hospital (LGH Corporation).
Samaritans Boston
They provide a free, confidential, 24-hour crisis line staffed by trained volunteers. Their mission is to befriend and offer emotional support in an atmosphere of care, compassion and confidentiality for those in imminent danger of suicide; to support and strengthen survivors of suicide and those impacted by depression and despair; and to promote emotional wellness through community outreach, education and prevention services.
The GRIP Project
The GRIP Program is a pre-independent living program for adolescents. The program teaches youth the skills they will need to succeed on their own in the future. These skills include vocational, educational, relational and clinical skills. The program works to help youth integrate into the community in a supportive way, developing an individualized plan to assist youth in a way that makes sense. Clinical and vocational staff work closely with each youth to assist with life skill development, job coaching, and community integration. Staff work closely with the youth and their team to help them transition successfully into the community for long term success.

An organization which provides mutual support for friends and families of the mentally ill, educates the public about mental illness, and fights its stigma; advocates for better care and keeps updated on the latest research.
Open Pantry of Greater Lowell
We provide food assistance to individuals and families living in Lowell and seven surrounding communities, including Billerica, Chelmsford, Dracut, Tewksbury, Tyngsboro, Westford, and Wilmington. The pantry offers a regular first order and a smaller second order of food per calendar month.
