CTM’s mission is: To empower our community to stay connected and informed by using digital media technology. We achieve that goal by broadcasting, recording and archiving almost every municipal meeting. We teach students media literacy and production, and we bring you school sports, concerts and more. Plus, we help any member of the community freely express themselves by creating their own video programming. In short, we give voice to the Chelmsford community.

If you’re interested in any aspect of video production and would like to get involved, please send an email, call the studio at 978-251-5143, or just stop by for a quick tour. Our studio is available most weekday evenings to accommodate your work schedule.
Volunteers
Volunteering with Chelmsford Telemedia is fun! It’s also engaging, educational, and a great service to our town. Any Chelmsford resident is eligible to join. If you’re over 60, you can even receive a credit on your property taxes.
Who Can Volunteer?:
-Any resident of Chelmsford can volunteer with CTM. You also qualify if you own a business or work in Chelmsford.
-No experience is necessary. We’ll show you how!
-Chelmsford High students can volunteer by becoming a member of CHSTv.
What Can I Do?
Volunteers help in many ways.
-You can produce your own show – we’ll help you express your ideas to Chelmsford and to the world.
-You can operate a studio camera, cover events “in the field,” or learn to edit video.
-You can even help manage our archives.
-Or, maybe you have your own idea? We’d love to hear it.
