A collaborative comprised of the towns of Billerica, Chelmsford, Dracut, Groton-Dunstable, North Middlesex, Tewksbury, Tyngsboro, and Westford to provide services to special-needs students. Services: educational and therapeutic services for children with multi-handicapped conditions; Physical, Occupational, and Speech/Language Therapy; specialized instruction, therapeutic services, adaptive equipment, application of computer technology.

Eligibility
Open to school-age children and young adults with special needs. Fee: tuition paid by local schools, the Department of Mental Retardation, or Massachusetts Rehabilitation Commission. Applicants need a referral through their local town or city Special Education Department. There is no waiting period.
